Be curious, be different, be for others!

Roca Camp is the newest project born from the spirit of Rocanotherworld – a mentorship, training, and artistic visibility program dedicated to emerging bands from Romania. We are building it together, with established artists, mentors, local communities, and, of course, with the help of volunteers.

For ten years, Rocanotherworld has grown through solidarity, involvement, and people who believe in the power of community. In 2025, we carry this spirit forward through Roca Camp, and we invite you to be part of our story.

If you want to be in the middle of the action and contribute to creating an authentic experience for artists and the public, sign up as a volunteer. You will have the chance to experience the project from the inside, meet people passionate about music, and bring added value to the community.

Roca Camp takes place in three cities: Iași, Bucharest, and Cluj-Napoca. You choose where to join the team, depending on where you live. For each module, we also count on the support of volunteers one day before and one day after the official events, for preparation and closing.

ℹ️ What does volunteering at Roca Camp involve?

  • Preparation (the day before): arranging spaces, setup, logistics, and preparing working areas.
  • Event days: supporting the organizing team, artists, and audience (logistics, communication, participant guidance, backstage assistance)
  • Closing (the day after): dismantling, packing, reorganizing spaces, administrative wrap-up.
