CRISTINA OLTEAN

Cristina Oltean is a photographer, videographer, content creator, and social media manager, active mainly in the alternative music and cultural events scene. Since 2019, she has worked closely with bands and artists such as VUNK, The Mono Jacks, byron, Claro Que No, and she currently serves as Head of Digital at Overground Music. For four years, she managed the online presence of Women in Music Romania, and she has also developed communication strategies and digital content for projects such as SESAME – Set Sail Music Export and East European Rock Alliance.

She has documented festivals and events including Rocanotherworld, Danube Rock Sounds, Living Rock, Rooftop Season, and Classix, with a portfolio spanning official music videos, aftermovies, studio footage, and social media content. As a photographer, she focuses on capturing the live energy of concerts and the strength and vulnerability of artists through carefully designed photo sessions adapted for releases, covers, and promotional campaigns. As a videographer, she documents concerts, rehearsals, studio sessions, and tours, creating music videos and short visual stories that help audiences connect more deeply with artists.
