BOGDAN ȘERBAN

Bogdan Șerban, the “dictator of free time” for over 20 years, has been drawing his energy day by day from everything that moves under Romania’s urban sky – and even beyond its borders, whether earthly or abstract. He dares to search for innovation and to reinvent himself from one season to the next. He sets trends, habits, and directions of cultural consumption from behind the microphone of LogOut/Avanpost and retraces the paths and music of artists in the weekly gathering known as Guerrillive Radio Session.

He has won both the bet with time and the bet with the microphone, two forces that have shaped him to keep pace with the speed and freedom we all need today.

His journey so far took him through Târgoviște, where three decades ago he first spoke into a microphone. After a few professional theatre experiences, Bogdan eventually settled into the semi-institutional role of Master of Radio Ceremonies.
