Rocanotherworld 2025 Access Regulations

Participants are asked to review the regulations to be well informed about the event.

ACCESS:

  • Access to the events is on Thursday and Friday starting at 5:00 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday starting at 3:00 PM;
  • Tickets can be purchased online, at https://beforothers.rocanotherworld.com/. Tickets will also be available at the entrance throughout the festival; Tickets will be scanned, thus avoiding printing;
  • Access will be allowed based on a valid ticket, to a single person, only once; The bracelet on which access will be made must be kept throughout the festival, and participants are asked to have a valid ID on them.
  • For the safety of the public and the smooth running of the event, participants are also asked not to bring large luggage into the event premises.
  • All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and access is made with a free ticket and proof of age up to 12 years old, namely a student ID card or birth certificate (copy or online).
  • All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Access for minors between the ages of 14 and 18 will be made only upon presentation of a declaration from their parents or legal representatives in order to participate in the event. This declaration can be downloaded HERE
  • People with a disability certificate and their companions have free access. To obtain tickets, fill out the form HERE with your details.
  • During the event, the organizer, the organizer’s partners or the accredited press have the right to record and photograph the event. Participants acknowledge that there is a possibility of appearing in such materials, without being able to make claims on the rights to said materials. By purchasing tickets / subscriptions, participants agree to the use of photographic images and audio and video recordings for the purpose of promoting the festival activities to the organizer and the partners involved;
  • Access with animals is allowed within the festival perimeter if they are kept on a collar, harness and leash or other accessories in accordance with the legislation in force. The owner is solely responsible for any incident / accident occurring on the festival territory, as well as for any damage or injury caused by the pet to both the organizer and any participant in the festival.

CASHLESS PAYMENTS

  • Inside the festival, payments can only be made using the tag attached to the festival bracelet, which will be obtained when exchanging the ticket at the festival entrance.
  • The bracelet can be loaded at the top-up points within the festival perimeter, with cash or by card. When loading the bracelet for the first time, a fee of 5 lei will be automatically charged for activation from the loaded amount. The limit for a single loading of the bracelet is 1,000 lei.
  • Unused amounts on the bracelet can be exchanged for cash at the top-up points within the festival perimeter, throughout the festival, and at the Acaju cafe post-festival, according to the schedule: Monday, June 23, between 16:00 – 20:00; Tuesday, June 24, between 16:00 – 20:00 and Wednesday, June 25, between 16:00 – 20:00.

 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

  • Access with professional photo/video cameras is strictly prohibited;
  • Access with bottled beverages, reusable containers for beverages containing any kind of liquid, blunt objects, strobe lights, torches, fireworks, firecrackers, weapons, metal belts is prohibited;
  • The introduction or display of inscriptions, banners, placards and other visual elements that incite discrimination of any kind and public violence is prohibited;
  • Damage to the location and throwing packaging in spaces not designed for this purpose is prohibited;
  • The consumption of dangerous, toxic or hallucinogenic substances is prohibited within the location and its perimeter;
  • Access to the vineyards adjacent to the festival perimeter is prohibited.

 RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Participants are encouraged to use public transport: CTP Iași offers the public a special route Piața Palat – Gramma Wines (Rocanotherworld) and return, every 30 minutes for which the ticket purchased for Zone 2 (metropolitan area) is valid. The operating schedule of this special route is: Thursday, June 19: 15:00 – 01:00 | Friday, June 20: 15:00 – 03:00 | Saturday, June 21: 14:00 – 03:00 | Sunday, June 22: 14:00 – 01:00. The bus will depart every 30 minutes from Piața Palat to Gramma Wines (ex: 15:00, 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, etc.) and also every 30 minutes from Gramma Wines to Piața Palat (ex: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 17:00, etc.). The bus will stop at the following stations: Piața Palat – Sala Polivalentă – Podu Roș (2) – Casa Sindicatelor – Frigorifer – Zen Residence – Str. Vișan – Verdi Residence Vișan – Auras Residence Vișan – Gramma Wines.
  • There is a specially arranged bicycle parking lot in the festival area, and participants are encouraged to come by bicycle or ride share.
  • We do not recommend using your own car due to the limited parking spaces in the area.
  • In case of rain, it is recommended to use raincoats. Access with umbrellas is strictly prohibited inside the venue;
  • Return the packaging with the symbol “Packaging with guarantee” – empty, unflattened, with the label intact – to the vending machine within the festival perimeter. With each use of the vending machine, you will receive a receipt containing the number of packages inserted, and for 10 recycled packages (summing up the numbers on the receipts obtained), you will receive a surprise gift from the PENNY tent.
  • We recommend using sunscreen and anti-mosquito protection.
  • People with hearing problems are recommended to use earplugs.
  • For the first drink purchased at the bar and served in a Ză Kup glass, a deposit of 10 lei is retained. When purchasing the next drink, the used glass is returned and another clean glass is received. The deposit is returned at the end when the glass is returned or it can be kept as a souvenir. The guarantee will not be returned for damaged glasses: broken (cracked), damaged clip (broken, bent, cracked), dirty with something other than the consumed liquid, sticker, scratched, drawn / marked with a pen, felt-tip pen or marker.
