OM LA LUNĂ
BIO
If you look beyond the Romanian mainstream music scene, it’s impossible not to come across om la lună, one of the most relevant names in the country’s alternative landscape in recent years.
om la lună is a band from Bucharest, blending alternative rock, indie, post-punk and electro-rock influences, shaped by poetic and deeply personal lyrics.
The project evolved into a full band in the autumn of 2019, when Doru Pușcașu expanded his solo project alongside Dragoș Strat, Cătălin Constantin and Adrian Maraloiu.
In just a few years, om la lună has built an intense journey: five albums – Dans (2020), written during lockdown, În caz de om la lună strigați om la lună, stânga-dreapta, după caz (2021), Echilibru (2022), the live album Fazele Lunii (2024), recorded at the National Theatre Bucharest, and Solaar (2025) – over 300 concerts, continuous touring and regular appearances at major Romanian festivals.
The band stands out through its honesty and emotional vulnerability, building a strong and devoted community that turns every live show into a powerful and memorable experience.
