LIQUID WEDNESDAY

Originally formed in the United Kingdom in 2022, Liquid Wednesday brings together progressive rock, hard rock and psychedelic influences in a dynamic and distinctive sound. Their music combines the exploratory nature of progressive rock with the power and expressiveness of classic rock, creating a musical universe that feels like Porcupine Tree sharing a pint with Deep Purple.

In just a few years, the band has built a growing reputation through performances in Romania and abroad. In 2025, Liquid Wednesday received Third Prize at Constelații Rock, performed at Border Rock Festival in Serbia, opened for the legendary Romanian band IRIS and took part in Roca Camp, a development programme dedicated to emerging artists.

Their music moves between atmospheric passages and intense instrumental moments, blending powerful riffs, psychedelic textures and progressive structures into a compelling live experience.
