Whether you are coming for a single day or choosing to spend the entire weekend with us, alone, with friends, or with family, below you will find the essential information for the 2026 edition.

TICKETS & PASSES

How do I choose the right ticket for me?

At Rocanotherworld, you can choose between full festival passes valid for all 3 days or single-day tickets.

If you want to experience Rocanotherworld to the fullest, we recommend the festival pass. If you prefer to attend only one day, you can choose a single-day ticket, valid exclusively for the selected day.

Passes

Festival passes are available in several sales phases:

Super Early Bird (July 2025)
Early Bird (August 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026)
Late Bird (April 1 – May 31)
General Access (June 1 – June 19)

Single-day tickets

Single-day tickets are available in the following phases:

Early Bird (April 20 – May 3)
Late Bird (May 4 – May 31)
General Access (June 1 – June 21)

Students & pupils

Discounted tickets and passes with 50% reduction are available for pupils and students.

These tickets are valid only together with a document proving student or pupil status, which may be requested at the entrance.

Group packages

For those attending together, group options are also available, both for passes and selected ticket categories.

All tickets and passes include access to concerts and activities taking place during their validity period.

Are there discounts or special campaigns during the year?

Yes.

Throughout the sales period, there may be promotional campaigns, group offers, or discounts developed in partnership with festival collaborators.

All active campaigns are announced on the Rocanotherworld website and official channels.

Can children and minors attend the festival?

Yes.

Children under 12 years old have free access to the festival, but a free ticket must be reserved through the ticketing platform.

Access is granted based on the free ticket and a document confirming age (birth certificate or student ID), in physical or digital format.

All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the festival.

Minors aged 14–18 may attend unaccompanied only with a signed parental/legal guardian consent form.

The organizers reserve the right to request documents confirming the participant’s age at entry.

Do persons with disabilities have free access?

Yes.

Persons holding a disability certificate and their accompanying person benefit from free access to the festival.

FESTIVAL ACCESS

Where and when does Rocanotherworld 2026 take place?

Rocanotherworld 2026 takes place between 19–21 June 2026, at Gramma Wines and Meat Concept Farm House in Bârnova, approximately 8 km from Iași city center.

What is the festival schedule?

Festival access opens as follows:

Friday, 19 June – starting 17:00
Saturday, 20 June – starting 16:00
Sunday, 21 June – starting 16:00

The full program of concerts and activities will be announced prior to the festival.

How does festival access work?

Access is granted based on a valid ticket and is valid for one person only.

Tickets will be scanned at the entrance, and each participant will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the entire festival period.

Participants are required to carry a valid ID.

The wristband serves as proof of access and must remain intact. Damaged, removed, or transferred wristbands lose their validity.

For the safety of all attendees and smooth running of the event, participants are kindly asked to avoid bringing large luggage.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse access to persons under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances, as well as individuals displaying aggressive behavior or actions that may endanger others.

Can I enter and exit the festival on the same day?

Yes.

Re-entry is allowed based on the wristband received at entry.

Is the festival pet friendly?

Yes.

Pets are allowed within the festival area as long as they are kept on a leash, harness, or other equipment compliant with applicable legislation.

The owner is solely responsible for any incident, accident, damage, or harm caused by the pet to the organizers or other participants.

CASHLESS PAYMENTS

How do I pay inside the festival?

Inside the festival, all payments are made exclusively using the tag attached to the festival wristband, received when exchanging the ticket at the entrance.

The wristband can be topped up at designated top-up points within the festival area, using either cash or card.

A 5 RON activation fee is automatically deducted from the first top-up.

The maximum amount per single top-up is 1,000 RON.

What happens to the remaining balance on the wristband?

Any unused funds on the wristband can be exchanged for cash at the top-up points within the festival area throughout the event.

They can also be refunded after the festival ends, according to the schedule and locations that will be communicated by the organizers prior to the event.

USEFUL INFORMATION

What am I allowed to bring into the festival?

The following items are allowed:

• backpacks and bags
• medications and medical products when necessary, accompanied by a prescription where applicable
• flags and selfie sticks
• blankets, hammocks and folding chairs
• cosmetics, including sunscreen and deodorant
• earplugs
• accessories required for pets

Security personnel may request inspection of any items brought into the festival area.

What am I NOT allowed to bring into the festival?

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• professional photo and video equipment without accreditation
• bottled beverages
• reusable drink containers containing any type of liquid
• food and beverages from outside the festival
• blunt objects
• weapons
• knives and other sharp or pointed objects
• metal belts
• strobe lights
• fireworks, firecrackers, torches and other pyrotechnic materials
• drugs and other prohibited substances
• toxic or hallucinogenic substances
• scooters, hoverboards and skateboards
• portable speakers
• drones
• graffiti spray cans
• stickers, flyers or promotional materials distributed without organizer approval
• umbrellas

The organizers reserve the right to restrict access to any object that may endanger participant safety or the smooth running of the event.

What activities are prohibited during the festival?

The following activities are not permitted:

• use of dangerous, toxic or hallucinogenic substances
• damage to the venue and festival infrastructure
• destruction or vandalism of any property within the festival area
• littering outside designated waste areas
• access to adjacent vineyard areas
• display or distribution of materials promoting discrimination, hate or public violence
• any behavior that may endanger the safety of oneself or others

What happens if it rains?

The festival takes place outdoors and runs regardless of normal weather conditions.

In case of rain, ponchos are recommended. Umbrellas are strictly prohibited within the venue.

Can I take photos and videos?

Yes, for personal use only.

Access with professional photo and video equipment is allowed only for accredited personnel.

Will there be official photos and recordings?

Yes.

During the event, the organizers, their partners and accredited press have the right to record and photograph the festival.

Participants acknowledge that they may appear in such materials and cannot claim rights over them.

By purchasing tickets or passes, participants agree that photographic, audio and video recordings made during the festival may be used by Rocanotherworld organizers and partners for promotional purposes.

RECOMMENDATIONS

How do the organizers recommend getting to the festival?

Participants are encouraged to use public transport, bicycles or ride-sharing options.

Details regarding dedicated transport and special shuttle schedules will be communicated prior to the event.

A bicycle parking area is available within the festival perimeter.

Due to the limited number of parking spaces in the area, the use of personal cars is not recommended.

What other recommendations are useful?

For a more enjoyable experience, we recommend: 
• using sunscreen
• using mosquito repellent products
• using ear protection, especially near the stages
• proper waste sorting and use of designated recycling points
• following the instructions of festival staff and security teams

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

What will I find besides concerts?

Beyond music, Rocanotherworld means dialogues, recreational and educational activities, silent disco, wellbeing experiences, art installations, activities for children and numerous community-driven initiatives.

What is the “Do you happen to have a little blanket?” campaign?

Through the “Do you happen to have a little blanket?” campaign, we collect food, blankets and hygiene products for stray animals in shelters in Iași, continuing the “Be for others” component that has defined Rocanotherworld since its first edition.

What is the Rocanotherworld charity run?

On Saturday, 20 June 2026, between 08:00 and 13:00, a family-friendly charity run will take place in the area provided by Gramma Wines.

The event promotes an active lifestyle, community involvement and support for a social cause.

Where can I find all festival updates?

On the official website and Rocanotherworld social media channels, where all updated information regarding the program, access, transport and activities for the 2026 edition will be published.
