EDUARD DRAUDE

Eduard Draude (Eduard Butucel), Executive Director of the Creative Industries Association, has over 15 years of experience as a DJ, artistic coordinator, producer, and artist involved in music production and interdisciplinary performances. He has performed on a variety of stages – from unconventional spaces to national theatres across the country – and has taken part in renowned festivals such as Electric Castle, Rocanotherworld, Street Food Festival, Jazz in the Street, Hangariada, Street Delivery, Smida Jazz Festival, Bucovina Rock Castle, FILIT, Cozla Music Fest, among others.

Stylistic versatility defines him: his sets and projects span diverse registers, from downtempo, electronic and ambient, to danceable rhythms, indie, alternative, groovy, soul, experimental, chillout, eclectic, world music, jazz, classical and retro. Eduard is present both in dedicated DJ sets and niche parties, as well as in live acts and jam sessions, often in hybrid audio-visual formats.

Over time, he has collaborated on multidisciplinary projects, theatre productions, film and contemporary dance, creating original soundtracks and building performances with a distinctly innovative character. In parallel, he is actively involved in organizing events and jam sessions and contributes to shaping the new generation of artists through creative workshops in composition, songwriting and music production.
