The organizers of Rocanotherworld announce the first artists who will take the stage at the eleventh edition of the festival, scheduled between 19 and 21 June 2026 at Gramma Wines in Bârnova, Iași.
With a lineup that promises emotion, bold sonic explorations, and an authentic mix of rock, indie, and alternative, Rocanotherworld 2026 reaffirms its identity as a space of curiosity and connection, faithful to its exploratory spirit. The eleventh edition places cultural memory, roots, and real connections at the forefront, inviting the audience to listen not to the first impression, but to what truly resonates after the music stops. The first confirmed names include Alternosfera, Vlad Corb, Robin and the Backstabbers, Nuanțe, Om la Lună, Adam’s Nest, Irina Rimes, COJO, and Taxi.
Year after year, we have said that Rocanotherworld is a community project built around the values that bring us together. That is precisely why the 2026 lineup has been shaped largely by the wishes and voices of our audience. ALTERNOSFERA, one of the most relevant and influential alternative rock bands in the Romanian music scene, will take the stage with an intense concert that will immerse the audience in a recognizable and authentic sonic universe.
Continuing the lineup announcements, for the first time on the Rocanotherworld stage in full band format, indie-alternative artist VLAD CORB promises a sincere, emotional and powerful live performance. From introspection to poetic depth, ROBIN AND THE BACKSTABBERS deliver dense, cinematic poetic rock, marked by the Bacovia Overdrive trilogy. With strong imagery and intense atmospheres, the band transforms their concert into a profound and unforgettable experience.
The diversity of the lineup continues with NUANȚE, a fresh project with an eclectic approach and contemporary sound. The band brings freshness, versatility and a new wave of energy, complementing the artistic diversity of the 2026 edition. In the same authentic spirit, OM LA LUNĂ return to the Rocanotherworld stage with their distinctive energy and charm. Known for their honest message and emotional vulnerability, they consistently create a warm and direct connection with the audience.
ADAM’S NEST bring a distinctive and promising alternative sound, naturally complementing the festival’s palette and adding originality and live strength. In an exploratory direction, HVNDS deliver a dynamic and versatile stage presence. With a fresh style and energetic attitude, they fit perfectly into the bold and curious spirit of Rocanotherworld.
IRINA RIMES is one of the leading voices of the current Romanian music scene. With a universe built around emotion, vulnerability and increasingly free artistic expression, Irina Rimes expands her sound beyond classic pop, incorporating strong rock influences.
TAXI, one of the longest-running and most popular rock/pop-rock bands in Romania, brings a concert where music, humor and storytelling come together as fans know and love. Also taking the stage in Bârnova is COJO, an artist with an unconventional path, coming from film directing, comedy TV shows and marketing, shaping him into a strong contemporary artist focused on storytelling and high energy performance. Completing this first wave of announcements, HELDA brings a fresh approach to the local scene, singing beyond formulas and promising moments where music unites and creates a shared experience under the same light.

The festival promotes accessibility and inclusion through various ticket categories adapted to a diverse audience. Pupils and students benefit from a 50% discount on passes, persons with disabilities and their companions have free access, and children under 12 attend for free when accompanied by an adult. Group tickets and special family options are also available.

Rocanotherworld is an exploratory festival of music, art, thoughts, people and ideas, born in Iași in 2016, in memoriam Ioan Dan Niculescu, organized by Asociația Industrii Creative and Showberry. It represents a collective journey, a state of mind, a celebration of life through (re)connection to values, a cultural effervescence and a shaping of a way of being – curious, different and for others.
Asociația Industrii Creative is the organizer of the Rocanotherworld and Classix festivals in Iași, aiming at the cultural revitalization of the city, engaging creative communities and contributing to civic life through actions that promote a proactive, contributive and participatory spirit.
Showberry is a startup winner of the “Invest in people!” program. Since 2015, it has developed cultural and creative projects and is one of the main promoters of public concerts and thematic events in the North-East region of Romania. Since 2016 it has been co-organizer of Rocanotherworld and since 2020 of Classix Festival, together with Asociația Industrii Creative.
